why is the system SLOW, after I updated it??

What troubleshooting steps have you tried already? Do you see any errors? You've not mentioned any product, or operating system that you're working on.

Please share more details about your workflow. If you're using Lightroom, copy the system info from Lightroom's Help Menu > System info into a text document, then upload and attach it here along with a few screenshots or a short video. Right now, the information I have is too limited to help you.
