Will LrC Collection Sets Lr Folders ever be reconciled?

I find it a nuisance that the Collection Sets and Album Folders are independent of each other. I'd prefer that LrC Collections be the same as the Lr Albums as I work in both LrC and Lr.  I find the current system confusing.
