Won't download my 5D Mark 1V Photos!

Got my camera Canon 5D mark 4 in February and had no problem downloading my photos onto lightroom

come June they will not upload onto Lightroom mobile.

what am I doing wrong? I haven't changed anything.

Are you trying to import the photos directly from a camera SD card to your iOS device?

Please check iOS Settings.app > Privacy > Files and Folders > Lightroom and see if that button is on. If you see two, try turning both on. Some users are see two settings, one is off, and turning both on should reduce this to the single expected setting.
