Won't Shut Down

Okay so I've had Lightroom CC up for about three weeks, and it will not shut down.

I just show this, EVERY time I try to exit it out it will not.

Also, it will not let me shut down my computer which is very annoying

Please send help

    Hi

    Close the application from the Activity monitor.

    Click on Go > Utilities > Activity monitor

    Close all Adobe  processes.

    Also give the permissions to all adobe folders

    Click on Go > Type ~/library/Application Support/

    Right click on Adobe > Get Info

    Unlock the window

    Give Read and write permissions. to all user accounts

    Also do it for User library too.

    Restart the machine.

    Unplug the power supply?
