Wrong Export Date and Time on bulk export - LR Mobile

Not only is the sequence on the exported photos all out of whack (e.g. first photo taken being number 42 and last number being 31),

I have discovered 2 days ago that the dates and times of bulk photo export are wrong too. 

E.g. First photo date and time correct, 4th photo to last photo is of current date and time, and some even a few minutes AFTER photos are exported.

The info is showing correctly in the INFO section of each photo. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled as per Adobe tech's instruction, also signed in and out, restarted phone and everything imaginable. 

This glitch is a huge problem and needs to be fixed please!!
