XMP Presets not showing up

Good day everyone,

So I have tried importing .xmp into lightroom, unfortunately it's not showing up in the presets. I even tried to show "partially compatible presets", yet nothing seems to work. Imported .xmp(s) doesn't even show up when I tried to manage presets.
