    Lightroom 2.4.1 and v3.2 do not have a Red-Eye tool!

    Best you can do is-

    Radial Filter-  Draw the circle over the red-

    No 'feather' -or very little.

    Exposure at -4.00

    Saturation at -100

    Seems to work!
