Hello I changed telephone, I downloaded lightroom application again, and I can't get to my older account with all my photos, what I need to do to get to my email account?

Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed your profile & I could not find an active subscription to Lightroom.

If you have a different email account through which you were subscribed to Lightroom, you can log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) to find all images, edits & presets synced to the cloud. This data will be available even if you change devices or reinstall the app.
