IF you are doing maintenance or anything PUT SOME OFFICIAL STATEMENT, not my problem you dont have a "dedicated" team. this is ridicolous.  YOU cant say just "open a thread" on the forum. ridicolous.

    Bro, I agree. I've been an avid Adobe user for years, and I pay a lot of money for their premium software. The least they can do is update either their Twitter or help page to indicate that Mixamo is down or in maintenance. Forums aren't a proper alternative for fast support.
