Adobe mixamo texture fail

I tried to upload a character in adobe mixamo, I had an .obj file and all the texture files zipped and I uploaded the zipped file, but the textures wouldn't work, The character was gray and the mixamo FAQ page didn't help whatsoever. The texture files are attached.

gray = mixamo sees the texture image but can't work it out

white = mixamo does not see the textures

 

looking at your files = the error is in the model i.e, UV map is a mess that overlaps and will need to be fixed
