Blender add-on installed but not showing in Blender Preferences

I'm following this video...

but I'm getting stuck after I select the zip file. The add-on simply isn't on the list. What can I do?

Adobe is aware their plugin is out of date yes [since March]

you can't auto update because Blender looks in the wrong place for the zip file, however a manual instal works

Ah, I have Blender 3 and 3.2 but I just reverted back to Blender 2.98 and it is now showing. I guess they need to update for Blender 3, huh?
