He i am recently using adobe fuse for my character creation. Can i resell the created models to cgtrader? Is that legall

If you make an entire new character in Fuse then yes but if it's just a Mixamo character with changes then it still belongs to Mixamo

I am not a lawyer but believe that would break the license terms

I've moved your post to the Mixamo forum. The forum is closed but the Mixamo forum has several threads around Fuse models.
