Can't Upload Model – “Too Many Requests” / “Sorry We Have Trouble Receiving Your Upload

Hi everyone,

I’ve been facing an issue with Mixamo since yesterday. Every time I try to upload my custom model, I get one of the following errors:

• “Too many requests, please try again later”

• “Sorry, we have trouble receiving your upload”

And if I do manage to upload, the downloaded model says “something went wrong” or doesn’t work properly.

I’ve tried refreshing, re-exporting my model, and even switching browsers, but no luck. Is anyone else facing this issue, or does anyone know a fix for it?
