Character doesn't auto rig

Ok so my character doesn't auto rig?

It says i didn't place the markers right but i did?

I already setted the skeleton to no fingers.

Could it be because of the wings?

the right leg of your new model needs to move up so its not floating in space + the head shout rig but I'd still add a neck

can you share this model?

1 move the chin up onto the round [head block]

2 yes get rid of all that wing junk off the back

3 make the legs thinner so there is a clear gap between them i.e, day light

at that point it should rig and you can add the junk back in for wings after you have your basic bones
