hi Rosario,

1st you left out some details but lets assume your account is a personal [not enterprise or school] and that you do own the licence for this model BEFORE uploading it to Mixamo

 

if you now download it with animation / rigged then you still own the model and are allowed to use the Mixamo assets for your project
