Dot placement error

Good day, dear owners of mixamo! I don't want to offend you at all, but unfortunately the site has stopped working 😞
Errors about placing dots or loading a model are coming up again, I can't get to the animation window. I really want everything to work again, even if it's a paid app, mixamo is a unique thing. Thank you for it and for paying attention to this problem!

P.s for mixamo users: do you have this problem too? Or is it different?
