Download won't start　"Preparing download. Just a moment..."

"Preparing to download. Please wait..."
Since yesterday, downloads no longer start in this state.

The file names you are trying to download are "Capoeira" and "Taunt". I tried other files, but the same thing happened.

I tried downloading with another browser and another PC, but the same thing happens.
