ERROR occured on animate: Unknown error while generating motion

Hi, im new animating and when i put my model this error appeared and it just doestn appear in the preview, i tried putting the model as a .obj and nothing, and when i put it as a fbx, the model doesnt appear in the preview of the animations, an i dont know what could be wrong, i watched a lot of tutorials and non of them explain this, help please :[

hi going by the screenshoot Mixamo didn't actually give an error so that means the actual model is fine but your system [prob the browser] is just blocking web animations for whatever silly reason

  • if you want to share the model i'm happy to test
  • another option is try a different computer or browser to see if that gets around the blockage
