Error "TO MANY REQUEST"

I have attempted to upload or download models from Mixamo after returning to the site following a seven-month absence. During this time, I have not utilized the service at all. However, I am now receiving an error stating that I have exceeded the allowed number of requests, despite not having downloaded a single model in the past six months. Additionally, when I attempt to access my account page, it fails to load entirely. Please address this issue promptly.

        Still not working this morning. There must be an admin somewhere to help here. Adobe say they aren't in charge of it.

            I've been onto Adobe helpdesk and they see the same issue. 

            "The Mixamo has separate department which is operated by the experts which would be able to help through the community forum pages itself. Feel free to add your comment there too. Thank you"

              same, basically no ones cares. How is this even possible? adobe being horrible again.

              Well it seems to be run as a separate entity like all the other packages and companies they acquire. Like Allegorithmic and Substance. It has an Adobe wrapper and licencing now but basically still under the hood is Allegorithmic.

                Same issue for me. Getting an error message on the initial load of the animations page after the login as well. Tried on different browsers, networks and devices. Getting the same error throughout.
