Fuse error sending to CC libraries

Hey there, I'm trying to send a Fuse model to CC libraries, but I cannot.

In other apps I have access to CC Libraries. Using Creative Cloud I didn't have problems. 

I also used Photoshop, it works.

I don´t know what is the problem.

I tried to send the Fuse Model to Mixamo, but I could not. Now I'm trying to send it to CC Libraries and I cannot.

I tried to zip it and upload in Creative Cloud, but it sends me errors.

Do you have any idea?
