Help pls! Sorry unable to map your existing skeleton

I can upload my Character to Mixamo, what is wrong, I tried nearly all. without textures the same problem.

Legend

80 mb is too big... drop the siz to about 20mb and put it in A or T pose

+ just to be clear, there are already Mixamo bones in that model
