How To Get Rid Of Motion Capture Ghosts In Cinema 4D

Hey Folks,
Just wanted to kindly ask for some assistance in regards to Cinema 4D. I just finished an opening sequence of my animation after following a YouTube tutorial displaying how to smoothly animate characters from an animation to another (link to YouTube Video will be enclosed down below).
I had just finished my finalised product (which will be enclosed down below) for part of my animation and noticed that there were a lot of motion capture ghosts there. I went to search for a way to toggle them on and off for certain aspects of my characters animations just so in reality there can be less clutter when I'm working - given that my charcter is basically going to be in a room for most of the animation.
Therefore, if anyone could please send me some good tutorials, threads, forums or provide me some steps on how I can toggle on and off motion capture ghosts - that would be an absolute great help!
~ Thanks
P.S:
