I am unable to Download FBX files from Mixamo

I am encountering an issue while trying to download FBX files from Mixamo. Each time I attempt a download, a pop-up appears stating:
“Something went wrong” or “Too many requests, try again later.”

I’ve tried the following steps already:

• Used incognito/private mode

• Cleared cache and cookies

• Waited and retried after some time

Despite this, the issue persists.
