I can't import any file to mixamo

...such as models, textures, ZIPs and files to post here. When I upload any FBX model into Mixamo, nothing can be loaded: "Sorry, we had trouble uploading your file...".

I tried to use DNS, VPN, sending requests from another phone - Mixamo doesn't want to accept any files. I live in the Asian region, maybe this is the problem? What should I do?
