Is the site down for he Aero update?

I have been trying to upload characters for 2 hours now, but none of them are being uploaded.

My best guess is that the aero update might be messing with the uploading stuff.

I'm still not sure, but I hope it's fixed.

Btw, I tried everything else, it's just the upload that's not working.
