Issue Mapping Fbx

Hiya i have an issue mapping to a fbx model, when i export the model as obj it works fine no issues however when i export it as fbx it has issues.

Legend

it just needs to be converted to a standard Fbx

i removed the bones and replaced them with a Mixamo rig [model included]
