Issues with the Mixamo website

Since this morning, I've been having trouble with the Mixamo website. The following error message appears when I first log in, and then I am unable to download any characters.
Something went wrong with this request
When downloading: Too many requests
Is the website working properly?

I’m having the same issue as well since last night.
Getting the same error: “Something went wrong with this request”, and also “Too many requests” when trying to download.

Looks like it’s not just you

all users are facing this issue and Adobe does not care.
