Hi there, I have a question about using a screen shot of the Mixamo interface. I am writing a chapter for an academic book to be published in the UK, and I would like to include a screen shot of the Mixamo interface in a chapter, to explain a specific creative process. Is that OK? Thanks.

if that is the only part of the book to include Mixamo content yes you are fine... if you have lots of them it can become a prob as much for extra printing cost as licence issues

you say this is for a book but thats a basic question your publisher should have been able to answer... is this a school project perhaps?

p.s, yes for a book you should creadit Adobe Mixamo for the image and if the model was made by someone else you should also credit them or state that it is yours to be clear

Thanks, that's very helpful. The publisher is Routledge (a UK academic publisher) and they ask all authors to make sure that all copyright on any images is cleared. I only have the one image of the Mixamo interface, and Adobe Mixamo is credited. The model is mine.
