Hello 👋 🤗 team,

Mixamo.com is currently giving frequent “Too many requests” errors when trying to download animations or auto-rig characters. This issue is affecting multiple users across different locations. Please look into this issue or provide an update.

I often get too many requests as well. I can't download any models and uploading 3D models doesn't respond either. Is everyone else experiencing the same? Help!

I'm having the same issue. Neither I can download animations nor upload a character. Please look into the issue soon.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
