Mixamo Auto-Rigging not working

I tried auto-rigging yesterday and it worked. Today, the same file isn’t working in either FBX or OBJ format. I also tested several older models that previously worked, and none of them are working now. Is the issue related to Mixamo’s servers, or to my models (that used to function correctly)?
