Mixamo Down

Mixamo has been down since the night of June 16th. I've been speaking with at least 10 different support people and they keep directing me to post here, and to wait 24-48 hours for responses/ fixes. 

There has been 0 communication about these issues, and when I press for details or timelines, I get redirected here. 

I was told yesterday by one support worker that "Mixamo is not supported anymore" and that it "May be fixed or May not be fixed."

    Are they going to have some new 'AI Animation' tool to use instead?

    I just want to download some simple animations, but get "Too many reuqests", and browser console shows the server returns 500 error -- meaning their server is broken. Hope they fix it

    They should give a warning if they are taking it down I'm halfway into something. Hopefully they don't just turn it off like this

      The support wrote me this message. This is pretty concerning and I would like to have a clearer communication from Adobe about this issue.

        Tried to contact customer service about this in the hopes of getting an answer (foolish mortal).

        Me: "The "Mixamo.com" website."

         

        AI: Great. Which app are you using?

         

        Me: The "Mixamo.com" website.

         

        Human "specialist" rep 1:  You're using Blender, right?

         

        Me: No, the website.

        Me: No, on the website.

         

        Human  "specialist" rep 2: I can transfer you to Mixamo "specialist" rep 3.

        Dude, Adobe bought Mixamo like 10 years ago and still doesn't know the problem. They prob laid off the team or something

          lol, -just that the "supporter" ask u for a screenshot tells everything. If he don't even know about the Mixamo being down for 2 days, he can't help nothing...

            It's not supported anymore? What are the alternatives? I don't want to go back to rigging it myself lol

              I confirm, it's impossible to UPLOAD a character; the site makes several unsuccessful attempts!
              Hopefully, the problem will be resolved quickly. Keep us posted!
