Mixamo Error

hello I need help! This character is for a game im creating and it needs to be done by this weekend so I can bring it in. Ive tried EVERYTHING. the error says 'unabled to map existing skeleton'. Someone please help, it would mean so much.

    the model is too big

    @kglad  a rougness map can cause issues with upload [not the issue in this case] because Adobe moved to metal drivers instead of Nvida standard... the main difference is the way they read rougness / metal maps i.e, black becomes white instead of gray

      Last time I checked Mixamo was Adobe, and this is Adobe support right?
