Mixamo error download

Hi, so I have this problem whenever I try to download an animation it shows me this error saying "ERROR occured on export: Unknown error while generating motion" and "Unable to download this asset".

I've tried everything, but nothing works. Could someone help me? I'll attach my model so someone sees if theres a problem. [ignore the name, please]

    the issue is Mixamo [by design] needs a human model with Mixamo bones

     

    to fix this i would need to redesign your model with all parts touching and replace the current bones... imo you would be better to just convert the animations from a basic Xbot model or use some other software like 3Dexchange [Windows only]
