I'm an Adobe user and pay for my license, but when I need support, they don't respond or offer a solution. Then they complain when users pirate. The site has been down for over 10 hours, there are many reports, and no one does anything.

To be honest its not even that much the fact that it is down that irritates me personally but rather the lack of comunication
