Mixamo License for Machine Learning Datasets

Is using mixamo animations for creating a synthetic dataset that will be extracted from an engine (e.g. Unreal Engine or Unity) illegal based on the license? There is another discussion where the answear was that for only visual purposes the animations can be employed for data generation. So, if i extract annotations if a person walks/or run is prohibited since the problem is related to the movement/animation of the character but if i extract other annotations such as the cloths color (a characteristic that in unrelated with the animation) then its fine?

fuse is a special case because Adobe did not make it and so the old licence still applies however Adobe did try adding a machine learning cause which was just dum of them

if your teacher wants to avoid using Adobe Fuse then they can still get the older Fuse 1.3 from Steam but getting it to run on Windows 11 systems will take hacking skills

to answer your current questions see https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/cc/en/legal/servicetou/Fuse-Product-Specific-Terms-en_US-20240618.pdf

as that is the most up to date info on what is or isn't allowed by Adobe

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
