Mixamo license question

We are making a 3D animation software and we are planning to include animation presets from mixamo but these files are already processed and optimized by our software so we never include any raw FBX files. Only our software can read this. They can also manipulate bones to modify the animation. Final product is they can export image or video from what they made inside the software.

Is this allowed?

technically that should be fine but one wonders what the point of such a program would be

no your software would [in effect] be reselling Mixamo assets instead of people getting the files dirrect from Mixamo

however if you rework your UI to not store Mixamo assets instead inporting them from a file downloaded from Mixamo and then doing whatever to them... 😉

I see. How about if we remove the import and export features? Can we still include mixamo assets inside our program?
