mixamo mixing colors

hi i have a problem uploading my 3d to mixamo, when i uploaded my file seems to be perfectly fine, and loads perfect, but when i try to finish de process mixamo mixes all the colors of my character. and i don't know why, any advice?

because your model is using the same ui textures in more than one location i.e, its the way you made your model
