mixamo place all markers on character error

I know this question has been asked alot, but no idea how to fix it for this model, any suggestions? please

you have a gap between the turso and the shorts i.e, she is in two halves... i moved the shorts up so they touch and then she riggs

i assume you will want to adjust but include the test just in case

Hi! Please help me solve the problem! This is the first time I face such a problem. At first I tried to load the model with clothes, it gave an error, without clothes also does not want to make a rig

1 your screengrab shows a standard rig but your model has not fingers so there is that

2 the groin marker wants to be higher and so does the chin

3 i would check the hair is not touching any where but the head then also check the file size/ type

Did the first 3 steps but it still gives the same error, uploaded it as both fbx and obj, and still the same thing. It might be that the file size is too big, any suggestions on what to do? again really appreciate your help, you're a g 🙏
