Mixamo wont allow me to upload my model at all. "Sorry we had trouble receiving your upload."

When I get to the upload a character screen and try to upload the file (I've tried all 3 acceptable formats) The progress bar begins to move slowly and then starts over until it eventually fails, with the message "Sorry we had trouble receiving your upload." PLEASE HELP!

Same here, it worked for me yesterday, but I tried today and I have the same issue as everyone else here. Talking to support now and was told that Mixamo is unsupported now. They said to wait 24 hours and it might be fixed, and then I was told that they may fix it or may not fix it.

Trying to work myself up the chain of command here now to hopefully get someone at Adobe to look at the problem.

I’m also having the same issue. I tried uploading a mesh (2 MB) in both FBX and OBJ formats, but the website wouldn’t allow me to auto-rig it. I also tried downloading an animation, but I received a "Too Many Requests" error. I created a new account to test, but the problem persisted. I also tried using different browsers.
