No testure on my model

I've tried several different things to see if I can get textures on mixamo but my model just comes up as grey and I don't know what to do next. Please help

gray = your texture can't be read by Mixamo... white = there was no texture

if you share the model [with textures] i can test it

a material is what the model is made of and yes your textures should be there

so load the model up in Blender and take a screenshot of what it looks like i.e, can Blender see the textures?

then upload the model to Mixamo and rig it to T pose before downloading it as Fbx... now if that worked then load the model Mixamo gave you into Blender and see if it still has the same textures now that it is rigged

It won't allow me to send the blend file and I'm not sure how to give you the textures. The textures seems to be in material properties if that makes any difference to my problem
