Once again more "Oops! Please place all markers on the character!" issues...

It really feels like this is broken software considering how many people have this issue but yes I am another person with this unsolvable issue. I've already looked through numerous others who have had this issue but my model just...doesnt have any of those problems whatsoever i think???

- this is all 1 mesh

- theres only 1 material

- theres nothing that could interfere with the body parts like hair

- its only 980 kb

any help would be great...
