Oops! Please place all markers on the character. Issue with rigging mi character

Hi, I'm trying to rig this character in Mixamo, but this message comes up every time: "Oops! Please place all markers on the character". I have researched a bit and found that others have managed to solve the problem by moving on the Groin marker, but for me it doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this. It works fine with all other characters I've tried.

one of the better options around is 3D Paint... i mean its dirt basic as software goes but every copy of Windows should have it

p.s, Blender can make standard Fbx files but it tends to call any rubbish an Fbx, even a GLB can be exported as a Fbx but Blender has its own forums

imo 11mb is getting too small [sweetspot = 20-30] but the actual issue with your new model is non-standard Fbx type

How do i convert a non-standard Fbx type to a normal one? It naturally becomes non-standard when i export from Blender

wow 88.6 mb = 1 mystery sloved

remove shorts, touge and teeth = 77.6 mb
convert to standard Fbx = 51.4 mb which now riggs but Adobe forums will not share such a large file

Hi, and thanks for the help. I tried and it worked, but now it doesnt work anymore. I have gotten the file down to 11mb, but still doesnt work for some reason. It worked the first time i tried, but now the same error as before shows up.
