Racer and Pete model broken

Hi my name is Franc34, when testing the model using blender addon the model is nice but the weights are nice and weirdos like Pete, Racer, the beard weight is so broke, i'm trying fo fix it, but can't use the same weights

the model is old and rendors correct in Nvidia standard

whatever software added the beard uses Apple metal drivers which is why the rendor looks so shiny... nothing is wrong with the weight maps that i can see

yes Pete is a large scale model made by a 3rd party so doesn't fit the normal Mixamo rules
