"Sorry, unable to map your existing skeleton", problem.

When I try to upload my character to mixamo, it gives "Sorry unable to map your skeleton", problem.

i opened it in Paint 3D and converted it to a standard Fbx... you may have noticed the textures changed colours

as a standard Fbx Mixamo can read it [however i would normally cut the size MB by at least half]
