Swat Guy Model Bugged Rig - Animation Glitch

Hello there,

I found a minor problem using the "Swat Guy" model, which appears to have a incorrect rig.

When using particular animations, like the "Shoot Rifle" animation, the left wrist of this character bugs out. I hope this can be resolved.
