Textures not visible on uploaded model

Whenever I try to upload an OBJ zipped with the textures it always end up black. I have no idea what I'm missing here. FBX files have the same problem or they turn out gray. I hope someone has the answer for me

black will be Specular or Gloss, Opacity [basic white or black] & Diffuse are allowed for each material of course... thats ONE per material and Diffuse is really the only one you need

 

as you didn't include the file or even a screenshot we can't help you more
