yes the model is clearly off center and its also not in T pose

 

those bones are not a Mixamo rig so i would remove them too

the steps are;

1 open it in Blender [or whatever you use]

2 put it in t pose

3 export as Obj... include textures if there are any

 

open that model to export as Fbx with textures and upload to Mixamo

OR

zip Obj model with any textures and upload the zip

 

p.s, can't manage any of that but still want help = share the model [with any textures] and i'll see if its fixable

The thing is if I delete the rig,  It doesn't do a T pose. The pose you saw in the video is the pose if you delete the rig.
