The same model is sometimes imported and sometimes not!

Spent 3 days figuring out what was wrong with my new model because everything was fine before. But it turned out that sometimes it imported successfully, but mostly it was always a "sorry unable to map your existing skeleton" error The model already has an existing skeleton! I don't change anything, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't

sounds like a proxy / network issue at your end

 

p.s, if you didn't change anything then Mixamo will ignore the model because it already has a rig
