Timeout error along with multiple different problems

Dear Users,

I am new to Mixamo,

Last evening I tried to rig a test model and it worked perfectly. Today I have been trying to rig a second model and it just times out and throws an error before the rigging is complete after taking 6-8 min.

I have tried different browsers. It keeps coming back to the mark points. Please help.
