After the latest Creative Cloud Update (i think) i can not send the model from Fuse to Mixamo. A error connecting to Creative Cloud message appears and in my CC Library i can not find my latest saves. does anything changed?

(I know the solution with "exporting to OBJ and then import it to Mixamo but i need Mixamo Blendshapes on my model)

O sea que Fuse deja de funcionar ????? Porqué ?? Hice un corto usando ese recurso. Permitía hacer muchas cosas junto con Element 3D y Mixamo... Cuál es el motivo ?

The reason is Apple Mac doesn't allow old software and Adobe can't be bothered updating it

Ussnorway.....as a tertiary educator I understand that most of my students use MacBooks, but as a person who is desigining environments and activities for them to do lessons in (mine involve NPCs that I use Fuse to make and Mixamo to add the rigging), I have always used Windows. None of my students want to use Fuse or Mixamo, but they love using the characters I create using these tools.

In terms of updating the software, I would be happy if they just left things as they were (i.e. so long as they still included blendshapes). While Fuse is not perfect, it is very straight forward to use and even with the fairly limited range of clothing, hairstyles, etc., you can still do a lot.

Such as shame really.

i need the blend shapes

if you saved a copy of your Fuse characters to CC library before Adobe pulled the server plug out of the wall two days ago then you have access to face blends inside Photoshop... but if you didn't make a save then you are indeed buggered because that option i.e, blend shapes [smiles etc] is now gone yes

A total mess: so nobody informed me. That sucks at all. Kick ass. I'm total angry. sorry, you're not responsible for the mess thats going on in the upper floors of Adobe.

I know, right?  They warned us about the download not being available for a year... and gave us 4 days to tell us that the uploads for Fuse would be stopped.  They know we were in the middle of production on projects, with this in our pipeline, because we told them.  Oh well.

Since the functional scope of the Creative Cloud does not correspond to what I have booked, I am entitled to compensation, right?

Fuse to Mixamo uploads are still supported today, so you may be experiencing a temporary issue.  However, they will stop functioning on Monday, September 28th, as the Fuse application has been end-of-lifed and is no longer supported.

OMG. So Adobe actually kills fuse? There will no be accesible any more? Can there be a walk around if it works (like export on OBJ? ) And what about Mixamo (autorig and animations) ?? Any alternatives from Adobe?

So Adobe actually kills fuse?

its more correct to say Apple killed it by locking out all 32 bit software

There will no be accesible any more?

correct

yes Fuse can still export your character as Obj and you could upload that to Mixamo [without face blends] in order to get basic animations

no alternatives from Adobe no but you can use Blender [has issues with older Fbx] or Maya to work on your files after downloading from Mixamo

What is the trick again for the photoshop work arround? I tried to export as Collada from there but then when I imported it into my 3d program only the clothes imported.

the trick is to send your Fuse model to CC library instead of Mixamo and the point is that allows you to use all the face blend options as well as the normal Mixamo animations on your models... the dead line for Fuse is end of this month and Adobe is turning things off in the background right now so we don't know if this workflow option will still work next week
